No, you can't.
Channeling Touch Spells through the sword is a standard action in and of itself.
As are martial strikes.
(You can however use a Boost or something similar as those are swift actions)

Edit: At 13th level, you can channel as part of a full attack, but RAW still not as part of a martial strike (as you can't use them with full attacks)
