Icy Plateau

After he's recovered, What will see a block of ice in front of him, easily about 10ft thick and 15ft tall. In the center is a large silver man. It doesn't seem to move, but it throbs will power, sending vibrations deep into the ground about four times a second.

What decides to investigate. He starts by driving an ice pick into the block. He follows by hitting the ice pick with his (currently inactive) god-hammer. It probably shouldn't accomplish much, but at least it's a move in the right direction.
