Leavenworth Smedry

[Huh. That was uneventful for a Smedry Talent. Well, good on ya, Archer]

"Using Hushlander technology to our advantage." Smedry elaborates. "The librarians altered this Bella to bring all the upstable magics, powers, and arts under their control by warping their base nature. Thus whatever powers she has will not affect the principles of physics that they've worked so hard to cultivate. If we can find a way to plant some form of tracer–i.e.– a bell– on her that would allow us to determine her location in this school, we can be forewarned of her presence and work to prevent certain folks of magical inclinations from being affected by her power."

He leans forward.

"But more importantly...we'll also know if she goes anywhere unusual and important. She may be kept in an ignorant condition, but I wouldn't be surprised if her Librarian handlers have a way for her to unknowingly 'check in' for tests and observation. If she does this, we'll know. And through that knowledge, we'll be able to discover a way of rather thoroughly thwarting the plans of those tweed-wearing ruffians. Ignorance is our enemy just as much as anything else."
