I need to place TNT for my Ironcraft entry. I promise I won't hurt anyone else's entry. Allow #46 to be placed/ignited?

Why ignited?

Personally, I think there should be a block that looks like TNT but doesn't ignite or explode, so that you can make stuff that looks like huge explosive stockpiles without actually risking it all blowing up if you mess up when making the redstone-powered door to the bunker.
