I think promoting at 20 is overrated. Yes, it is optimal from a power gaming perspective, but how often do characters hit 20/20 anyway? You're trading power right now for the chance of more power later, that you will probably never see without some serious arena abuse.

So should I promote Rebecca? Oswin? Guy?

And it's not like I don't use the arena at all.

(And about 50-50 if I don't arena abuse)
