Either way King won't listen to an excuse, so Sharkguard would need to clean up and get there in time. When he finds a firetruck and a fireman at watch, Sharkguard waves and says, "Ahoy! I must apologize for ta short notice, but I be needin' of a wash. I gots a meetin' in half an hour and I can't be goin' as this. Are yarr available to run that hose on?" If the fireman agrees, Sharkguard hopes that one bar of soap will be enough.
