You essentially roll your weapon's damage once again (or more times for x3 or x4 weapons) and add them together. It includes Str bonus, Weapon Specialization, Power Attack, Favored Enemy, the weapon's magical enhancement bonus, and any other static damage bonus you normally get on your attack.

It does not include any extra dice of damage, such as Sneak Attack, Iajutsu Focus, Dragonfire Inspiration, or from a flaming weapon.
