Since most of Mechanicsburg is made up of what's basically minions, I think Von Zinzer is about to be pleasantly surprised just how high on the proverbial hog he's going to be living. My guess is that Agatha and Vanamonde (and Carson by courtesy) are going to wind up being the only people who clearly outrank him.
Minor Retainer? As Chief Minion in a town of minions he's probably right up there with Seneschal!
