He holds up the captured wand, stuffing it in the faces of the prisoners with a scowl. "Your Last chance: what does this wand do? Hmm? Tell me, or I'll try it on each of you till I find out."
His anger raised by the thugs' belligerence, Talsarios is clearly quite sincere about his threat.
