"Though I do not know your reasoning for engaging us in war, I have been told that you are of great honor, with kind hearts. Until this point, the Emperor, blessed be the ground upon which He treads, has sought to match your armies with His own. He is, however, an Emperor who cares for His people, who will be harmed if this war continues as it is.

If He acts in the full power of His grace, much suffering will sown upon the world, for kindness shall over-rule honor. In the last act, the Emperor offers surrender as an alternative to a battle to the death."
