Something that distresses her more than a little.

But she represses this, as she must. She's a bit of a hothead, compared to her sister, but this isn't the time for that.
"I would...prefer Twilight be taken alive."

"But if it comes down to it, do what is necessary. It won't care for her body or yours. Self-destruction should not be a risk, if it sees a way out."

Now, about that magic. Last time it drew on the host's traits, geared towards primary function and misguided desire.
Night eternal, in that situation.
Twilight is just...magic. Simple but pure. Too broad.

Misguided desire then.
What did the little unicorn desire? Knowledge seems a good candidate, with her love of research. Poor fit for aggressive action, however.

Princess Luna frowns a bit.
"While not strictly true, I would assume capability for anything and highly dangerous.
The entity will seek a focus for the host's magic, but I cannot be sure what that would be at the present time. The host was an exemplar of magic for our kingdom, the range is broad."
Friendship? That makes for a poor aggressor as well...
