Questions about the government of this Equestria.

1) Do Celestia and Luna have a council that handle the major affairs of the nation?

2) Does the Mane Six fill any of the positions?

3) If so do they hold all of them?

4) if not, can there be all sort of crazy political drama in the background?

I've always played the game believing that the princesses serve as figureheads with a limited amount of political power since times have changed especially with the rise of the Nobles families. I've always fancied a sort of plutocracy WITH TONS of crazy political drama in the background.

Its part of Balboa's backstory, to strip Nobles of their political power, even if he has to resort to systematically killing them off.
