I'm getting the impression that the most fun way to come at this RP will be with a whole cast of characters and nifty events. Run my usual named NPCs that may or may not become actual PCs at some point.

As soon as you guys get your hooves moving I'll have some adventure lined up.

Probably at least 20% less cruel than whatever Bob would supply you with =P
