Your link to Lulu didn't load for me when I tried it the first time, so I just moved on. Now I've got there, and I should have tried again the first time - I am going to be busy for a few days finding my way around Lulu, but I am cautiously optimistic that you will see an epub version of Sorrel as well as the Print on Demand one.
