The war goes well. NCS forces will begin consolidating their forces in the swamps, setting up forwards bases from which we can press further. I will also begin work on a new project. I think you'll like it, and I may even be willing to let my engineers sell them. We will also put our people to work on a form of sonar. With any luck, we may be able to bring it into use against the crocodiles.

Greatings, my fellow lovers of knowledge. In past times, the Library of Congress was the most spectacular library in the world. In the current times, Cooper Library is hoping to take up the mantle. To do this, we are hoping to collect texts from across the world and gather them at our facilities. We would be willing to pay you for copies of any titles you have that are not currently on our campus.
