In any case, I'm currently thinking that if I go Substitute with Hinata, she'd have been a Shinigami for 4 years (I'm assuming the Mortal World Cast will mostly be students between the age of 16-18, she'll be 17 now). Most of that time was spent working out Kido and doing minor Hollow stuff.

If people say 'no, that's ridiculous', then fine, she's a member of the Kido Corps. But personally, I'm sick to death of the 'Substitute purely relies of Zanpaktou' and I want to subvert the living hell out of it (or dying hell, given the subject of Bleach ). Also, I emphasis 'genius'.
