    The beam with the pokémon is about 20ft up. Mueki's assurance of safety does little to calm the scared pokémon.

    You can try again with a more appropriate method on the Dex check, or find some other means of coaxing it down on it's own.

    Blake:
    Celeste's claws dig into the crab for 20 damage. Injured, but not out of the fight yet, clamps it's claw onto Celeste, inflicting 17 points of damage.
