That is indeed an interesting proposal. The powers of the elements are far greater than Oblivion alone. What then might splitting them further into even purer forms yield? An interesting question indeed and one we would wish to pursue. However currently we must rid ourselves of the anchor that is the Kushan Empire. Twice we have attempted to do so and twice we have failed. We sincerely hope that the third time will be the key to our success, but first we must prepare extensively.

We see no particular reason to join this committee. We have not seen any benefits of doing so, and we are in no particular danger from aggression.

We just received a most alarming invitation from Canada inviting us to join some form of Committee. Normally such an offer would not concern us, but not only did Canada fail to give us any aid after the invasion of the PRA, but the Committee itself is formed up of all our old enemies. We believe it is a prelude to something larger.

Yes we noticed. The PRA also approached us. Did Canada also mention protecting its members and preventing unjustified aggression?

It is agreed to form an alliance to counterweight the Committee and seek further allies.
