I was going to try to transcribe the bit from the Simpsons episode where Bart calls Colombia to ask which way the water in their toilets drain, which is translated as "HE SAYS THE TIDE IS TURNING!" and the President shouts in Spanish "THE REBELS WILL SOON SEIZE THE CAPITAL! I MUST FLEE!" but I don't understand the Spanish to type out what he say. ;_____;

Golpe de Estado means coup d' etat almost literally, etat being estado or state and coup being golpe; Spanish even shortens it to just "Golpe" which is how it is also shortened in French.
