I for one object to that since I'm pretty sure some of us, through by trade or by drops, has at least one hat. Even if said "hat" is actually an Afro.

Did the Ghastly Gibus ever remove someone from the rolls of the Poor Irishmen? Quite a few people I've talked to feel that it doesn't, because of how dirt-common it is, and I think the Gibus was the first hat I ever got.
