Scribly release his ectoplasmic form and uses his Metamorphosis ability. Quickly his body changes. Large flaps of skin grow under his arms and suddenly a cloacker stands in the room. It's sharp eyes looking at the man behind the desk.

I doubt hiding (even with the +18 I got now) would work on a large abberation... Also, I assume the change uses his suprise round?
