60% CE That seems often enough
5% CN
5% NE
5% TN
4% LE
4% CG
3% LN
3% NG
1% LG

69% of them are some flavor of EVIL. Add in the 5% of CN, who will most likely be hostile.

Versus the 8% who are likely to be good.

That's with calling Often at 60% (low in my opinion, being almost a flip of the coin)
