The vigilance couple with silverheart/silverblade soulbounding is what tipped the edge in favor of the inquisitor for myself. They can no longer trade and chumpblock to hit you back, now you get to smack them AND block them all day long. Sure, a rancored ace would get there faster, but depending on meta the protections on the inquisitor may be relevant.
