Okonomiyaki = Pancake-like food item with additional ingredients cooked into it.
Yakitori = skewered meats grilled on a large grill or boiled in strong, usually spicy, broths
Takoyaki = Octopus and dough balls covered in a savory eel sauce and garnished with scallions.
