He glances back at the weird monument behind him. Looks almost like some sort of monstery head... Or at least it might if not for the weathering and plants growing all over it.

"So I was hoping you could answer that question. But I guess not?" the lad sighs.

Was it mentioned that he's looking pretty rough? Because he does. The sort of appearance one gets after being harassed by things in the deep, dark places of the world.
