Once you have a maneuver or stance, it counts for qualifying for itself.

You still need to meet initial conditions though. Such as using Steel Wind to qualify for IHS. You can retrain Steel Wind to another maneuver and will still meet IHS's requirements of having one Iron Heart Maneuver (itself).
