I'm wracking the limits of my Google-fu to try to find an image of a female hobgoblin sea witch.
I really just need an attractive female hobgoblin (or something close enough) who looks like a spellcaster with a maritime look. This one commands a hobgoblin iron ship and has made an infernal pact to gain very potent witchy powers. She's intended to be a recurring villain
