No, they shouldn't. Wisdom is as unconnected to any kind of mental health as Dexterity is to making things explode with your mind.

But Wisdom is the relevant ability when it comes perceiving what other people feel or want (Sense Motive), or just understanding other people in general...and that's a field Janine has trouble with.

And mental problems are often presented as a Wisdom penalty. Derros, who are mad, have a Wisdom penalty that gets fixed when they are cured of their racial madness.

I guess Janine, written as a character, would just have high Wisdom combined with a ton of Flaws: a huge penalty to Sense Motive and Diplomacy, to start with, and probably she would have to make Will Saves to avoid saying something inconvenient/awkward when meeting an attractive man, and to avoid being shaken when rejected...
