Songdancer looks down at his hooves for a moment before very quietly speaking.
"I am glad that you're back. I'm glad that you survived. I'm glad that I don't have to worry for your safety, because I know that you can take care of yourself."
His horn began to glow dimly.
"And you have absolutely no idea how much you mean to me."
He lifted his head up at her, revealing that he was crying.
"That ring was important because besides that, I only had one other thing to give you. And that was myself. It's a poor gift. Especially when you deserve more."
He buried his face in his hooves as his horn glowed brightly.
"So I'm sorry. Okay? I'm sorry!"
And then he teleports outside of the inn where he proceeds to run away.
Songdancer never was good at conflicts.
