However, Alisan Atnefen is a name you undoubtedly recognize. The Atnefen family is the royal bloodline that led to the current rulers of Akhet and Delsan; Alisan being the ruler of Akhet and her brother, Amun, that of Delsan.

You know that Akhet is a Theocracy and it is Alisan's connection great to divine power that secures her position as ruler and High Priestess. Alisan is a leader obsessed with ultimate justice and her harsh punishments and laws are often regarded as overbearing. She has a cold demeanor, and resides deep within her tower in the Inner Sanctum where she almost never sets foot outside of.
