I had to look up Izumo myself, who is a Konoha Chuunin who helped fight Hidan and Kakuzu, but Darui is a bodyguard of the Raikage and a commander in the Shinobi Alliance, though he uses Storm Release more than Water or Lightning seperately.

...I'm still blanking on Izumo. Unless he's anime only.
