Default Re: [4E] Grandpre Academy, Group 2, Part 3 (IC)

    DM
Rikard quick strikes get the monste rattention, but really only damage the one to the right. AS he finihs is strikes, he enter some stance that actually look like some tribal dance you'd from barbaric tribe, his weapon striking left and right, contacntly in movement.

The goblin who blocked Bolerum's charge look a little panicked and decide that he doesnt want to fight the man who just slayed his gang leader. He disengage and run south over the hill.

You all hear Kodan yell in goblin , "Nir Tuart Fer dok!"

To the north, the one facing Ashe manage a wicked strike on the elf, pushing him away, then move south to meet up with the incoming goblin squad, more to regroup with them and the actually flee.

The two wolves keep trying to bite the life out of Rikard. As they do so, each of them get hit by the fighter weapon. This stops one of the wolf to actually bite the man, but the second still manage to close his maw on Rikard. THe tough man feel the monster teeth sink in his flesh, then the monste rtilt his head to the side, flipping him off his feets again an onto the ground.

    Ashe area :

    Main Battle :

The blue ground is swampy ground (difficult terrain that if a creature end any turn on make a grab attempt).
The darker shades represent slopes as a topographic map. Each black shade represent a rise of 5 feets.
The number of square between shade changes represent how steep the slope is.

As exemple, the slope in G13 have the 3 shade in one square, making it a 15 feet wall to climb. On the other hand, from N13, to I13, the same 15 feet is done over 6 squares (30 feet) which make it an easy slope you can walk up to.
As a basic rule, if there is at least one square between a chade change, you can walk it without penalty.

The Brown circles are trees and can grant cover.
The brown fallen tree (weird form in G20) grant cover and concealment. It also block passage unless you succeed a DC 15 Acrobatic or Atheltic check and even there, it counts as difficult terrain (Blue shade).
The rubbles (D12) on the map are difficult terrain (Yellow shade).
Bushes on the map grant concealment and count as difficult terrain.

GFG are a group of 8 goblin fighter in tight formation.
