    A 1761: Yes. An egoist can pick up the life mantle in exchange for his 5th level bonus feat via an ACF available in a Mind's Eye article. Similarly, the Erudite, a psion variant found in Complete Psionic, has an ACF that grants access to a mantle of your choice, in exchange for the 1st level bonus feat. Also found in Mind's Eye.
