Ok your plan is odd and off putting, but it is also the best one you have ... and she might be better for putting it into action then you "on the job meals ..." the implication hit her hard as she stopped in mid sentence "... it is a nice perk?" it sounded like a question, but she composed herself again.

"But would you not prefer prepare your own meals ... pay your own way as it were?" it was toned politely she didn't want to insult the other woman ... but it was perhaps overly blunt.
