Can you plane shift or otherwise instantaneously move via magic between non-dimensional/extradimensional spaces such as portable holes, rods of security, mordenkainen's magnificent mansion, and the like. Does any form of transport work? How about planar ring gates (Planar Handbook)?

Q100 Follow Up

So undead can rage despite being immune to morale effects? Or is it only the bonus to Will saves that is a morale bonus? I may be misremembering some 3.0 stuff, but clarification would be appreciated.
