    You have two kneecaps because you're a human. Bonus feat is worth not getting extra kneecaps.

    But yeah, it references the first paragraph in each contest, which says "fight for the right to keep your kneecaps." It's just a funny little line for laughs.

    See, the formula is 2 + 1st place wins - 4th place wins = kneecaps.
