I think its a play on that old "monster runs loose and turns against its creator" thing, like you see with many mad scientist stories. I guess Agatha just has a knack for when to say that sort of thing, and for telling what kind of murderous rage the created monster is in.

Or maybe she just learned something from the encounter with her own dingbots.
