The swordsman quietly registered the words of the fiery one before him. They were meant to shake the Red, but there was truth in them, and they were all the more powerful because of that. A spawn of Infernus...that provided interesting possibilities. Still, he would focus his faculties on exploring them after the battle was over. At this present moment, there was a dragon to slay. As the two seemed to fall into a battle all of their own, Durandal interjected sharply, with words, blade and magic. It would do no good to let things slip out of control so quickly.
"That would hardly do Drakon. I need the little Red alive, just as I need to be the one to slay you. I plan to facilitate things to that end regardless of what you do, but I would personally advice you to pay a little more attention in my direction."
