I have a lot of sea routes left, but the catch is that if I want a half-decent chance at catching a Feebas, I need a Tentacool first.

On route 199, Magikarp, Wingull and Peliper will apprear while surfing, and Magikarp, Tentacool and Feebas appear while fishing with the old rod. However, Feebas will only appear along six tiles along the entierity of the route, randomly chosen upon my entering the area. So to cover the whole route without running into something new, I need to catch a Tentacool.
