The Index of the Giant's Comments

Is there any way to have a thread that is only an index of the Giant's comments, without any other comments getting in the way?

In a thread labeled "The Index of the Giant's Comments," how could anything else be on topic?

I suppose that the thread could be locked, with only Phantasm having permission to edit, and people would have to PM submissions for new comments instead of just re-posting, but that seems needlessly complicated
