If the outsider's reputation is deserved, it's definitely a mark against the Children if he's after them. Will certainly try to get ahold of him. Still, we're going to try and keep an open mind. No sense going to war with these guys if their worst crime is a museum heist.
As for the meeting, do you happen to know what it's regarding? If it's about the Boomstick, probably best he just lets it go... still, in the interest of keeping the peace, maybe we should send a representative.
