I've been re-reading the whole series and making a "best OotS Quotes" file; today's has by far the most entries. Just hitting a few...

Most underappreciated in the forum:
"Yeah, he died from the poor conditions here." Guard: "Another one?"

My favorites (hey I'm a superhero comics geek):

"thog smash puny prison!"

"how thog's pants turn purple?"

Makes me wonder if I'm missing another reference (something on TV I bet; just too specific to not be a joke):
"We're having a team of interior decorators come in and redecorate the prison in two days for 2000 gp."

Most "awwww":
"my- my Haley!"

And thog's horizontal nipples and belly button, and, and... heck, way too many to keep typing. Thanks, Giant!
