Just putting this in for review, since I'm not sure how closely forum rules against prohibited subjects apply to ad content, in this case religion.

1.) Date and time ad was visible: 1/4/14 5:00 am Pacific
2.) Region: USA
3.) Location of ad (Top box or bottom box): Top
4.) Brief description of objectionable content: "Life can be Magick" ad on how to use magic and witchcraft to change your life.

EDIT: VV @Alabenson VV That's a browser behavior that can be triggered by the page simply opening a live form to be filled out (in this case an attempt to get your e-mail for her newsletter), so isn't really an indication of malware, just bad web design, although probably deliberately done.
