No doubt, giant lizards are cool things to ride. I think one of my early DnD campaigns had kobolds riding lizards. /shrug

Well, giant lizard venom certainly sounds useful and possible.

Giant lizards are pretty neat in general. I mean, horses run faster, but lizards can climb and swim so that's neat.

I imagine if the vouran in Genivana have any venom it's vestigial. There's just enough to suggest they're related to the basilisks, but not enough to actually make use of.

I realize what I meant, but I can just imagine someone running around screaming 'Ow my arm!' while a lizard looks innocently at them.
