Tom looks in horror at the giant reptile and its screaming, bleeding snack... then he looks down at the weapon in his hands. He might as well be holding his--But then inspiration strikes. He mumbles and gestures, and the mist hovering over the treeline begins to coalesce...

A second monster appears from the trees, nearly identical to the first, differing only in color. It growls a challenge... Tom shouts, "Don't worry about the purple one! It's uh, mine..."

Then the beast thrashes as the lightning hits it... Its whipping tail barely misses Tom, and his concentration is broken. The spectral monster vanishes...

Retreat as far as I can while keeping Amella in range (5' step only if it appears an AoO is possible).
Cast Minor Image (11 10' cubes should allow something T-rex sized or pretty close). Cast defensively... and fail miserably.
