I have a subtle feeling that this is only the first wave of Salterri troops. An expeditionary force to test the defences of those they got upset with.

I have to agree here; with rough calculations (meaning I'm totally guessing) of 10% of Bordeux and Crima populations, I think I could raise that many troops with those two regions. With (at least) five regions, I think they could raise more. But hey, I suppose I should help, since I did DOW on the GC a couple of turns ago. Totally don't want a GK, or anything.

With regards to that: Do 26 and 38 count as adjacent by water Morph?
