    Let them take the Troll-blooded feat, even if they have to take flaws to make it happen. BOOM, you have troll ancestry, no RHD, no LA. You start with 3 extra HP and regeneration 1 (acid, fire), and are fatigued in sunlight.

    Set the base race as Goliath or half giant for a more trollish feel.
