Not sure if anyone will be able to help or not, but a friend of mine is trying to afford top surgery and set up a donation page. The results have been pretty good for family and friends donating, but I'm afraid it's still a long ways away from meeting the goal with only 2 days left. As is usually the case: anything helps. If you can't afford to give but wish to show your support I'm sure that is also welcome.

You'd have to remove your boobs first and place them under the pillow. Or sleep with a pillow on your chest.

I want to sleep with a pillow on my chest and wake up with my moobs greatly reduced.
