I'm very much not excited for Dack. I've never liked "Gain control of" effects. I have a creatureless EDH deck just so Bribery does nothing against me.

True, if you don't like gain control effects, you won't like Dack. Then he basically just becomes an expensive, but repeatable Faithless Looting.
