One more question for prelease, and sealed format. Do I need to sleeve the cards I receive, or can I have an unsleeved deck?

I would suggest bringing or buying sleeves for them. As others said: it is not required. However, if you get a good/expensive card that you want to use in your deck, you will want sleeves to keep it in good condition.
